Spoilers for General Hospital January 2007

Elizabeth is torn whether to tell
Jason the truth about
her baby belonging to him. When she finally does, Lucky
is devastated and turns to Maxie for comfort. Jason
worries it will screw things up with him and Sam.
Sam loses it when she finds out about Jason and Elizabeth
having a baby.
Carly tries to marry Jaxs, but the wedding doesn't go as
smooth as they planned. Sonny has a trump card up his
sleeve and incorporates Michael and Morgan to help him.
Maxie goes to great lengths to win Lucky. But the
truth comes out that she was never pregnant and loses
any chance with Lucky forever.
Patrick and Robin move in with each other, which turns out
to be a big time mistake.
Spinelli helps LuLu find the real killer of Rick Webber,
but there is a lot of opposition in the way, a lot
from the Quartermaines.
Colleen McHenry meets with an untimely death. Nikolas
gets Spencer back after a long search and much frustration,
but because Emily sticks with him, there becomes a new
bond between Nikolas and Emily.
Alan Quartermaine also meets his maker, a big loss to
General Hospital. He gets arrested for the murder of
Rick Webber and suffers a heart attack and dies while in jail.
Luke comes back to Port Charles, but it doesn't last long,
just enough to irate Tracy again, and let LuLu know for
sure her father is never going to be a big influence in her
life.
Georgie starts to fall in love with a certain Professor
at the college, Dillon tries to win her back, but, it's
too late.
We would like to see Stan and Lainey having a relationship,
and LuLu and Milo getting together.
Ric is not awarded custody of Molly. He continues to
try and win Elizabeth's favor, but she is too wise for
that.
Elizabeth wants to be with Jason and not Lucky, but
she realizes Jason wants Sam, not her. Jason is torn
to pieces between having a baby with Sam and having
Elizabeth's baby.
Alexis takes a turn for the worse, Ric actually steps
in and makes things better, but it doesn't last, Ric's
motive is as usual, sinister.
