Night Shift Episode Six:  Love's Labors


Stacey Sloan dies on the night shift.

Stacey comes in with huge pains, Kelly sends her to
the OR Kelly tells Robin they have less than an hour
to save her.

Leyla puts Stacey on the elevator which gets jammed
with Jason and Spinelli on board.

Toussaint offers to try and fix the elevator control
panel, but is not too hopeful it will get fixed for
3 or 4 hours. Stan goes to get Dr. Ford to shut down
elevator two so Toussaint can swap resistors.

Robin lets Leila know she is going to get her kicked
out of the nursing program for attending Patrick's
patient instead of Stacey. Epiphany comes to Leila's
rescue.

Regina tells Jolene she had an abortion a week into
their nursing program and how pissed she is at Stan
for being oblivious to what Epiphany sacrificed for him.

Jason and Spinelli argue over whether to give Stacey
a C section. Jason performs an emergency C section in
the elevator with Spinelli's help but the baby is dead.

Toussaint lets Stan know the elevator breakdown is not
an accident.
