Night Shift Episode Nine: Gutter Ball


Leyla flirts with Patrick and leaves him a seductive note.

Jolene confronts Spinelli on stalking the Angel of Mercy.

Dr. Ford warns Epiphany that MedCam is looking for
another screw up.

Jolene gets her orders from MedCam that a patient must
diet, Jolene says she will take care of it.

Dr. Kelly, Dr. Winters, Patrick and Leyla plot to do
emergency surgery on Lainey's father without Dr. Ford's
permission.

Cody gets serious about getting pills from Lainey.

Robin and Jason talk about Jason having kids and Robin
wanting kids.

Epiphany freaks out on Stan about his attitude about
Toussaint in front of the hospital staff and tells Stan
to leave the hospital until he learns some respect.

Patrick wants Robin to assist him in the surgery, but
Robin doesn't want to because of Stacey's baby, she
suggests getting Leyla to help. Patrick loses it
telling Robin if she wants to be a mother fine, but
no way he wants to be a father.

Jolene tries to talk Regina out of helping with the surgery,
Leyla sticks up for Patrick.

Cody offers to help take Lainey's father to OR.
Lainey tells Cody that the surgery would cost a
quarter of million dollars and the hospital won't
pay for it.

Jolene cause an accident which gives her an opportunity
to suck up to Jason and wants him to go bowling with her.

Robin gets all over Dr. Ford for telling her she can't
take a break as she is comforting Lainey. Robin offers
to resign her position at General Hospital.

Spinelli can't understand why Jolene would want to
date Jason and not him.

Robin petitions for taking Stacey's baby home.

Jolene goes to Lainey's father's room and tries to
eliminate his life, then makes her report the the
MedCam agent.

When Lainey's father almost dies, Leyla comforts Patrick
as he thinks he botched the surgery.

Dr. Ford pulls a surprise move when he admits that
the surgery for Roger Winters was authorized and
that he was on Patrick and Lainey's side and that
MedCam was the enemy. Patrick is surprised and impressed
with Dr. Ford.

Patrick gives his blessings on Robin taking Anna
home. Jason is overjoyed for Robin.

Cody comes to see Roger but gets defensive when
Lainey thinks it's just so he can score more pills.

Lainey tells Dr. Ford that her dad didn't want
to be kept as a vegetable.

Jolene tells Regina that she doesn't think Leyla
should be kept in medicine.

Curtis Stacey Sloan's baby's father appears and
wants to take Anna home with him.

Finally Patrick lays a kiss on Leyla.
