Elizabeth Webber Spencer

Elizabeth came to Port Charles in August of 1997 as a
15 year old rebellious teenager. She lived with her grandparents
Dr. Steve Hardy and Audrey Hardy, along with her older
sister Sarah. Elizabeth is the daughter of Jeff Webber
but Elizabeth is unaware of who her mother really is.

She was raped by Tom Yergin and found her true love
in Lucky Spencer when he helped her get over the incident.
However, Lucky was in love with her sister Sarah, who
while she liked Lucky was in love with Nikolas Cassadine.

Elizabeth blamed her English teacher Mr. Murty for the rape.
Nikolas, Emily Quartermaine and Lucky teamed up her to
learn that he was gay and together they discovered it was
Tom who had raped her. Tom in the meantime was
blackmailing Emily after he had altered photos of her to
make her appear naked.

After confronting Tom, he held Elizabeth and Emily at
gunpoint until Lucky and Nikolas rescued them.

Elizabeth soon realized she was madly in love with Lucky.
Lucky wanted her to go to art school in New York and
even went with her.

However Elizabeth soon lost the love of her life when
Helena Cassadine set a trap where it looked like Lucky
was killed in a fire.

In her grief, one night she went to Jake's Bar and there she
met Jason Morgan with whom she was able to confide in
and tell all her troubles. Jason also found it easy to talk
with Elizabeth. When Jason was shot by Moreno, Elizabeth
took him to her art studio to help him heal where she
arranged for Bobbie to nurse him back to health.

Jason and Elizabeth became very close friends during the
process which was further helped along when Jason
rescued her from a bomb placed in her studio by Sorel.
Jason realized his friendship with Elizabeth was putting her
in danger and left Port Charles, which crushed Elizabeth.

When Lucky finally did come back, Elizabeth was overjoyed,
but it wasn't the same Lucky and he kept pushing her away,
because Helena had brain washed him. When Elizabeth
realized Lucky was under Helena's spell she got him help
to overcome it.

Once free of the spell they fell in love all over again. This
time Lucky wanted Elizabeth to become a model for
his mother Laura's company, Deception Cosmetics but
it didn't work out.





Elizabeth found herself not being able to stay away from
Jason when he came back to town. She did turn to Lucky
and try to help him once Helena gained control of him again
during the Ice Princess escapade. Helena was able to erase
all memory of Lucky's love for Elizabeth when Lucky let
himself be hypnotized by her.

Helena commanded Nikolas to kill Elizabeth. She went to
Bobbie and got her to get a drug which simulated death so
it would appear like Nikolas had killed her. Sonny Corinthos
came in on the scene and took the body out of town.

Elizabeth finally returned back to Port Charles when the
Spencer Cassadine feud appeared to be over and reunited
with Lucky. A wedding was planned but Elizabeth realized
that Lucky didn't have the same feelings that he had for her
before.

Elizabeth got involved in a car accident that threatened her
life caused by Gia, the girl who had become Deception
Cosmetic's model. About this time Sarah returned to Port
Charles with Lucky and her growing closer and closer.

Maxie Jones confirmed Elizabeth's suspicions when she
led her to a room at Kelly's where Sarah and Lucky were
making love with each other.

Sonny had an out with Zander Smith, choosing Jason over
him as his right hand man. Zander sold vital info about the
Corinthos organization, which prompted retaliation from
Jason in the form of a severe beating.

Elizabeth found Zander and took him to her art studio
helping him recover and protecting him from Jason.
Elizabeth and Zander after a close escape from a bomb
ended up making love in the studio. Jason found them and
was deeply hurt by what had happened.

Sonny put out a hit on Zander, but because of Elizabeth's caring
for Zander convinced Jason to hide Zander. Elizabeth and
Jason tried to get things going again but it didn't work because
of the presence of Zander.

Elizabeth got a job as a waitress at Kelly's. When
Ric Lansing moved in to Kelly's he immediately became
infatuated with her, but Elizabeth was still in
love with Jason.

As time grew on Jason became involved with Courtney
Mathews and Elizabeth grew closer to Ric.

In the meantime Ric had hooked up with Faith Roscoe to
take Sonny down. Faith wanted Ric and to get Elizabeth
out of the way put a snake in the art studio which
bit Elizabeth where upon Elizabeth learned she was
pregnant.

With the advent of a baby on the way, Ric and Elizabeth
married. Faith had other plans and pushed Elizabeth
down a set of steps causing her to miscarry.

Soon Ric's lies caught up to him and Elizabeth
divorced Ric.

Elizabeth came into contact again with Zander
and after a one night stand became pregnant with
her first child, Cameron. Still Ric and Elizabeth
worked to get back together and married again.

That time the marriage didn't work either as
Elizabeth realized who Ric really was and what
his agenda was.

She left town to have the baby and when she returned
told her grandmother Audrey that she was going to
enroll in medical school and become a nurse.

Elizabeth and Lucky got back together and lived
together until she discovered Lucky's addiction to
hydrocodone which was being supplied by Maxie who
had a major crush on Lucky.

Trying to make ends meet and to pay for Lucky's
medical bills, she agreed to be a surrogate mother
for Jasper Jacks and Courtney Mathews baby, but
that ended up in a miscarriage.

Elizabeth moved out to her grandmother's house with
Cameron after finding Maxie in bed with Lucky.

Turning to Jason for comfort, she and Jason got it
on in another one night stand, which left Elizabeth
pregnant with Jason's child, however she did not
tell Jason the child was his and led Lucky to believe
it was his.

Elizabeth now finds herself working as a nurse at
General Hospital. She is in love with Jason again,
but cannot bring herself to tell him because she is afraid
that it will send Lucky back to his pill addiction.

Elizabeth decided it would be best for Jason to not
be a part of her baby's life, which Jason reluctantly agreed to.

Several weeks after Jacob Martin (J for Jason, M for Morgan),
"Jake" Spencer was born, he was kidnapped by Maureen
Harper who had a child die in a house fire and was supposed
to be a guest on Everyday Heroes which was produced by
Amelia Joffe and hosted by Sam McCall.

Amelia called Maureen and heard a baby cry in the background.
She tipped off Jason and together they rescued Jake bringing
him home to a grateful Elizabeth. But when Lucky found out
he was jealous for Jason saving his baby and arrested Jason
for jumping bail sending him to Pentonville Prison.

Elizabeth was furious with Lucky for his ingratitude. Elizabeth
and Lucky have had many fights over Jason being around
the baby and Elizabeth.

Sam McCall who hated Elizabeth because of her love for
Jason, found her opportunity to drive the wedge even deeper
when she was able to seduce Lucky in her hot tub.

Finally Elizabeth and Lucky get fed up with their
constant bickering and decide that a divorce is best for all.
Diane Miller, Sonny's attorney represented Elizabeth
and Alexis Davis, represented Lucky.

During the Black and White Ball at Wyndemere Castle, Sam
started to blurt out that Jason was the real father of Jake and
not Lucky, but Jason stepped in and told Lucky himself.

After their separation, that left Lucky and Sam free to be
lovers and despite the danger involved in Jason's life, Elizabeth
wanted him back. Jason and Elizabeth have made love on
several occasions, but for the meantime have decided to keep
their affair in secret to protect Elizabeth's children.
