Damian Spinelli is played by Bradford Anderson
since he first came on General Hospital on November 13th, 2006.
Bradford Anderson, 27, made his local acting debut at the tender
age of 6, playing "Tiny Tim," in a Laconia Street Car Company
production of "A Christmas Carol."
Anderson then decided to go to New York University.
It was through an agent he met in New York but who worked on
the West Coast, that Anderson was invited to give Hollywood a
shot.
Anderson moved to Hollywood a year and a half ago, and
began working shortly after.
He had a recurring role on the television show "Veronica Mars"
and more recently played a doctor on an episode of "What About
Brian."
Anderson said the soap General Hospital became available in
September 2006, when the show put out a casting call for someone
to play a college-aged kid.
"They said they were looking for someone who that was a cross
between "Spicoli" — from the 1982 flick "Fast Times at
Ridgemont High" — and actor/comedian Seth Green.
Originally, Anderson's character was supposed to be known as
Damo, short for Damian, but everyone just started calling him
"Spinelli."
Anderson has also acted in independent films.
In "Carts," Anderson and four other actors play people who work
collecting shopping carts in a big discount store parking lot.
Anderson, who plays "Ed" in the film, which has yet to get a
distributor, says the story has a startling twist in store for
audiences.
Anderson also played a small role in the independent film
"Kissing Cousins,".
